Monte Alegre Coffees > Production

Fully Traceable

ALL THE PRODUCTION PROCESS IS REGISTERED USING DATA COLLECTORS

The detailed data operations are centralized in a management system that stores all production data for traceability, generates to the process the necessary information to identify the coffee lot for the customer, connecting those data through field information such as: agricultural practices, harvesting period, processing system, drying period, resting period, cup tasting, etc.

In cases of certified coffees, quality seals can be required, enabling the final consumer to obtain information and the traceability from the coffees.
